How do I choose a buffing wheel?
Tell us your workpiece material, size, existing surface condition, equipment and target finish. Wheel construction, dimensions and compound should be selected together.
Can I request a sample?
We support sample discussions for product evaluation. Availability, sample cost and delivery are confirmed for your requested specification.
Is there a minimum wholesale order?
Minimum quantities depend on the product, construction and customization. Send your requirements for a specific quotation.
Can you make custom sizes or private-label products?
We can discuss wheel diameter, bore, layers, density, firmness and OEM packaging. Our team will confirm what can be supplied for your requirements.
Why do some products say “Contact for pricing”?
Some products need a specification or quantity confirmed before pricing. Use the product page’s quote button and tell us the quantity and delivery country.
How do I place a retail order?
For products with a published price, select any required options and add them to your cart. Available payment and delivery methods appear at checkout. For unpriced products, please request a quote.
Do you supply overseas customers?
We work with overseas customers. Shipping availability, freight cost and timing are confirmed according to the order and destination.
What is the delivery time?
Timing depends on stock, customization and destination. We confirm the expected schedule during order discussion; please mention any required arrival date.
What if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?
